Announcement of Appointment of New Director

Octo Force Management is pleased to announce that it has appointed Yuta Watanabe as a director at its extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders held on 25 March 2022.

Yuta Watanabe’s biography is as follows.

After being involved in corporate finance, structured finance, M&A finance, and other asset finance areas in the Corporate Sales Division at Mizuho Bank, he moved to a listed investment company as its executive officer in charge of management strategy, involved in corporate planning and portfolio management. He then moved to Tokyo Star Bank as a manager, then managing director, in its Corporate Sales Division. Joined Octo Force in September 2021.
