Together with ThinQ I, we are advancing technology-based business co-creation, including joint development of the air-purifying robot “Takumi Clean” and the application of low-oxygen sherbet ice in the seafood distribution sector.

Our chicken skin snacks, supervised by “Kawaya,” have gained widespread popularity in airport shops and convenience stores. We are actively driving cross-sector product development, spanning from the foodservice industry to processed foods.

The Food & Culture Market’s First launch in Asia
On March 21, 2025, Time Out Market Osaka opened in the South Building of Grand Green Osaka. Featuring 17 kitchens and 2 bars, this new hotspot offers a vibrant showcase of Osaka’s culinary culture and live entertainment, brought by some of the Kansai region’s top chefs. Octo Force Management will operate “Koala Shokudo,” a traditional longhouse-style eatery, serving okonomiyaki and teppanyaki dishes made with premium kurobuta pork and wagyu beef tendon.

Through a nationwide network of financial institutions and tax accounting firms, JIA primarily focuses on structuring and marketing Japan-style Operating Lease (JOL) products tailored for mid-sized and small enterprises across the country. In lease funds targeting assets such as aircraft and vessels, the Company develops unique and specialized schemes that set them apart.
In collaboration with our group, we jointly promote the aviation finance joint venture, JIA Aviation Finance LLC (JAF). The joint venture establishes a comprehensive support system covering everything from aircraft procurement to leasing and resale, contributing to the growth of the Japanese aviation lease market.
