Chef Kadowaki of Sushi Kadowaki participated in a collaborative event held in Reims, France, featuring Veuve Clicquot’s prestigious cuvée, La Grande Dame Rosé, and 18 leading chefs from around the world.
As the only sushi chef invited to the event, Chef Kadowaki served nigiri featuring carefully aged white-spotted snapper, prepared using traditional Edomae techniques.
Sushi Kadowaki will continue to share the appeal of Japanese sushi culture with audiences in Japan and around the world.
